Our Boat - Sandi Bottoms
Our boat is a Cruisers Yachts Express Cruiser . The Cruisers 540 Express presents open-air cruising at its finest. There is a full cockpit enclosure depending on temperature and weather conditions. The cockpit with its comfortable, nearly round seating area, served by a large wet bar, is ideally designed for entertaining. A fill-in pad converts the settee to a spacious sunlounge. The huge, wraparound helm, shaded by the hardtop, makes time aboard the 540 Express a pleasure. Below, steps lead down to a stylish salon with long settee and dining table, opposite a full galley lined with handsome wood cabinetry. The luxurious sleeping accommodations include a private master stateroom with generous storage and head, aft, and a forward VIP. Walkaround side decks make it easy to walk forward to the bow to enjoy the double foredeck sunlounge.
The boats amenities include two full heads (bathrooms), a complete galley, heat and AC, flat screen streaming TVs, Wifi, and more!

Fort Loudon and Tellico lakes, Knoxville, TN
Local Waterways
Fort Loudoun Lake is a reservoir in east Tennessee on the upper Tennessee River, extending about 50 miles (80 km) along the river upstream from Fort Loudoun Dam, at Lenoir City, to Knoxville. Fort Loudoun contains 14,600 acres with 379 miles of shoreline and was created by the Tennessee Valley Authority in 1943. The reservoir supports a variety of recreational activities and provides hydroelectric power and flood control. It connects to Watts Bar Reservoir via a lock and directly to Tellico Reservoir by a canal.
Fort Loudoun is a popular recreation destination, known for bass fishing, boating, and birdwatching. The tailwater area immediately below the dam is an excellent site for viewing a variety of waterbirds, including herons, cormorants, gulls, osprey, and bald eagles.
There are multiple anchorages along the lakes which make fantastic spots for going "on hook" for lunch, dinner, overnighting or cooling off and playing in the water. Sunsets anywhere along the waterways are always spectacular.
Downtown Knoxville, University of Tennessee and VOL Navy
Downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee are readily accessible from Volunteer Landing . Volunteer Landing is the site where the VOL Navy gathers for home games. The gathering is a great kicking off spot to attend the game, or stay on the boat and watch the game in style and comfort.
